Standard requirements for no-load test run of vibrating conveyor

The vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machine that uses a vibration exciter to vibrate the trough, so that the material in the trough slides or throws in a certain direction. The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low energy consumption, no dust spillage, and low noise.

Let’s understand the qualification standards of the vibration conveyor in the no-load test run:

  1. The conveyor should start smoothly and quickly, and the vibration should be stable, without side-to-side swing, jump, impact and abnormal sound;
  2. Conveyor amplitude and vibration direction angle should not be greater than 10% of the rated value; for a vibrating conveyor with a length greater than 15m, the amplitude deviation of the front, middle and rear sections should not be greater than 10% of the rated amplitude;
  3. The temperature rise of rubber springs should not exceed 50℃, the temperature rise of metal springs should not exceed 70℃, the temperature rise of bearings and motors of the eccentric link vibration conveyor should not exceed 50℃; the temperature rise of electromagnet coils should not exceed 65℃;
  4. No-load test run time is not less than 4 hours.

The vibrating conveyor is convenient for airtight transportation of dust-containing, toxic, and volatile gas materials, which is beneficial to protect the environment. At present, it is widely used in the transportation of powdery and granular materials in metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical, food and other industries.
