Classification and performance application of long distance vibration conveyor


A vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machine that uses a vibrator to vibrate a trough so that the material in the trough slides or is thrown in a certain direction. The vibrating conveyor is mainly composed of an exciter, a bearing groove, a main vibrating spring and a frame. Except for some components of the excitation mechanism, there are few relative rotating parts and the structure is simple。

Vibrating conveyors can be used for horizontal, gentle tilting or vertical transport (rising along spiral grooves) of various loose materials. It can transport materials of various sizes, and can carry out closed transportation of hot, flammable, explosive, toxic, dusty materials, and can perform screening, dehydration and cooling processes in the transportation process。

The long-distance vibrating conveyor transports powdery, granular and block materials through parabolic motion and delivers them continuously or quantitatively. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical, building materials, food, environmental protection and other industries。

Electromagnetic Vibration

Long-distance vibrating conveyors are generally divided into three types: elastic connecting rod vibrating conveyor, electromagnetic vibrating conveyor and inertial vibrating conveyor.

  1. Elastic link vibrating conveyor consists of eccentric shaft, connecting rod, connecting rod end spring and trough. The rotation of the eccentric shaft causes the end of the connecting rod to reciprocate, causing the trough to directional vibration. The material in the tank is continuously moved forward. Low frequency, large amplitude or medium frequency and medium amplitude are generally used。
  2. Electromagnetic vibrating conveyor consists of iron core, coil, armature and trough. When the rectified current passes through the coil, a periodically varying electromagnetic attraction is generated, which causes the chute to vibrate. Generally, high frequency and small amplitude are used。
  3. Inertial vibration conveyor consists of eccentric block, main shaft, trough, etc. The centrifugal inertial force generated when the eccentric block rotates stimulates the vibration of the trough. Medium frequency and amplitude are generally used。

Advantages of long-distance vibrating conveyors:

  1. The conveying amount can be adjusted steplessly, and the inertia vibrating feeder can adjust the conveying amount steplessly without adjusting the eccentric block after adding the motor governor;
