Uses and Features
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is widely used in metallurgy, coal, electronics, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, light industry, food and other industrial and mining enterprises, in the production process, for the massive, granular and powdery materials from the storage silo or hopper quantitative continuously and evenly to the receiving device. Compared with other feeding device has the following characteristics:
(1) the use of electrical control thyristor half wave rectifier circuit. Can be stepless adjustment of the feed rate, and can be used for automatic control in the production process, production automation.
(2) the electromagnetic vibration feeder no rotating parts, no need of lubrication, simple structure, convenient maintenance.
(3) the material in micro projectile motion, groove wear small,
(4) the electromagnetic vibration feeder trough alloy steel, can be used for conveying high temperature, wear and corrosion of materials etc.
The actual capacity is greater than or less than the calculated capacity, productivity conversion according to the actual material capacity.
Particle size of less than 1mm material conveying speed decreased and water content more than 10% wet sticky materials can not be normal delivery, material thickness exceeds a certain value, will hinder the normal feeding, recommended H= (1/3~1/4) slot.
