  • The conveying output is determined by the cement clinker with a bulk specific gravity of 1.6T/m³ and a temperature of less than 300°C.
  • When transporting other materials, you can refer to the following formula to convert the output:
    • Q=αQ’γ/1.6
    • The α-reduction coefficient is about 0.5 to 1. The powdery material takes a small value, and the block material takes a large value.

Working Principle of High-Temperature Vibrating Conveyor

SCG series long-distance vibrating conveyors use two vibrating motors as the excitation source. Using the principle of self-synchronization, the two vibrating motors rotate in reverse to make the balance frame at the bottom of the conveyor vibrate back and forth. , to drive the upper conveying trough to vibrate, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.

Structure of High-Temperature Vibrating Conveyor

SCG long-distance vibrating conveyor has two types: open type and closed type, and the cross section of the trough can be made into various types such as circular, rectangular and trapezoidal. The feed and discharge of the trough can also be made into one point feed, one point discharge, one point feed, multi point discharge, multi point feed, one point discharge and other types according to needs.
When the conveying distance is long, multiple conveyors can be connected to convey. The trough of SCG long-distance vibrating conveyor is supported by rubber springs or steel springs, relying on the self-synchronous operation of two vibration motors fixed on the trough to make the trough vibrate in a straight line.

Basic requirements for installation of SCG series high temperature resistant horizontal vibrating conveyor

  • The bottom frame and the tank of the vibrating conveyor must be installed straight. It is recommended that the straightness be no more than 5-8 mm in length at 10 meters. Excessive deflection of the bottom frame and the tank will cause greater installation stress, which in turn will cause Cause early damage to these parts.
  • In order to meet the above requirements, the lower surface of the vibration isolation spring should have nearly the same elevation, and its tolerance should not be greater than 5-8 mm.
  • The installation angle of the guide bar of the vibrating conveyor should be close to the same, the shear spring should be perpendicular to the guide bar, and the tolerance of the installation angle to its installation nominal position is +-1.
  • The transmission shaft is perpendicular to the center line of the tank body. The two transmission connecting rods should be parallel to each other without excessive skew. The installation angle tolerance is +-1. After the transmission shaft is installed, the rotation should be flexible, and it can be moved more than 360 degrees by hand.
  • All the screws of the vibrating conveyor should be locked, usually spring washers should be added, and double nuts can also be used to lock. Otherwise, the bolts will loosen quickly, affecting the normal operation of the machine.

Installation sequence of SCG series high temperature resistant horizontal vibrating conveyor

  • Measure the elevation of each vibration isolation spring support point, or draw a horizontal line on the nearby wall.
  • Level the bottom frame up.
  • Support the tank body on the base frame and level it.
  • Install the vibration isolation spring and the spring lower seat plate under the chassis.
  • Weld the guide bar and the shear rubber spring to the tank body and the bottom frame with screws.
  • Install the transmission shaft assembly and motor, and weld the vibration excitation plate.
  • Drop the machine, weld the feed port and discharge port, install the sealing sleeve, and fix the cover plates at both ends.

SCG High Temperature Resistant Vibrating Conveyor Order Attention

  • SCG high temperature resistant vibrating conveyor is not suitable for transporting materials with high viscosity and high moisture content, as well as flammable and explosive items.
  • If the powdery material or mixed material mainly in powdery form is conveyed, the output will decrease, and the decrease rate refers to the conversion formula.
  • When ordering, please specify the following items:
    • Material type and stack specific gravity
    • Material particle size and water content
    • Delivery output
    • Conveying length
    • If intermediate feeding and unloading is required, the distance between feeding and unloading should be noted, with a schematic diagram attached
    • The use place of the equipment should be noted (such as the top of the silo, the bottom of the silo or the bottom of the vertical kiln, etc.)

Daily maintenance of SCG high temperature resistant vibrating conveyor

The types and contents of SCG series long-distance vibrating conveyor maintenance; it should be divided into weekly inspection, monthly inspection, semi-annual inspection, annual inspection, etc. The details are as follows:

  • Weekly inspection: Check whether the compression nut of the connecting rod spring is loose, whether the compression amount is appropriate, whether the belt is tight, whether the counterweight is fastened, whether the sealing sleeve is broken, or whether there is dust leakage.
  • Monthly inspection, check whether the V-belt is damaged, and cut the spring. Check whether the vibration isolation spring is broken, whether there are cracks in the weld, whether there is enough lubricating oil for the drive shaft.
  • Semi-annual inspection, carefully check the welds of each part, open the transmission shaft and bearing cover, check the working condition and wear of the bearing, and check whether the rubber spring is aging or cracked.
  • Annual inspection, overhaul the transmission part once a year, replace the damaged spring, check the wear of the tank body and the feed port, and carry out partial replacement or overhaul if necessary.
